Background story of the gang (minimum of 1,500 words):

Uzbek Aliyev, a pious peasant was born in a poor village of present-day Uzbekistan in 1950. His family was very poor and his life was very bad but Uzbek's best friend Yabgu Batur had actually kept him in company since childhood. These two men were professional sword masters in which their Sayokan martial arts teacher has taught the secret of Sayokan war sport to them. Sayokan is an ancient Turkic war art, and a lifestyle. They have held their lives as a philosopher of Sayokan and their lives was a very disciplined one. Both of them have started traveling to get new members to Sayokan but they had very little cash so they went to Mongolia. When they stayed at the hotel in Mongolia, the Mongol mafia raided the hotel and they opened fire on everyone.Yabgu and Uzbek heard the gunshots so they took their swords and cut the Mongol mafia's head off with their fast sword movements. An injured person shouted ''Thanks, you saved my life!'' He was Cengiz Berk, a young Kazakh. Cengiz Berk was an alone and a brave man living in Mongolia for some reason, no one knows why. He joined Sayokan, because Uzbek and Yabgu Batur saved his life. All 3 escaped from Mongolia immediately because the Mongol Mafia heard of Uzbek and Batur's heroism over one of their men, so they fled to Hungary for their safety.


You need some patience, discipline and belief to become a Sayokan Master. All 3 men had traditional silk clothes for money. They sold their traditional silk clothes and gained some profit in which they rented a house in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary. The house owner was a Turanist Hungarian, name Zoltan. A day, Zoltan heard some different voices coming from the renter's house so he entered the house and saw them, it was Uzbek and his friends doing the Sayokan prayer. Zoltan wanted to know the lifestyle of the Sayokan, after that Uzbek and his friends told the philosophy of Sayokan to Zoltan and he believed in that philosophy. A wealthy businessman Zoltan, has to go Los Santos for casino bids so his new friends went to Los Santos with him.



When they arrived to the city, they were pretty impressed with Los Santos. The city is what they were looking for, a Mystic location with a small island called Alhambra Island. Zoltan however had a competitor to buy the Casino that is located in Las Venturas, this was the Chinese Mafia (the Triads), and the Triads wanted to buy the casino too. When the Sayokan team stayed in Jefferson Motel, Ran Fa Li (Leader of the Triads gang) phoned Zoltan for the withdrawal of Casino bidding. Zoltan however rejected Ran Fa Li's proposal.

Time: 01:32 AM - Jefferson Motel

Some strange noise was coming from Zoltan's room and Uzbek woke up and went to Zoltan's room. Ran Fa Li's men were trying to kill Zoltan, so Uzbek pulled out an SDpistol from his sport bag and killed one of Ran Fa Li's men. But other men shot Uzbek's arm and hurted him. Yabgu Batur quickly heard something was going on and he jumped in to save Uzbek, took his gun and killed the other man. There was two dead bodies in the room and the whole motel was awakened, Uzbek and Batur quickly put the dead bodies into the sacks and they threw the sacks out from the window. After that, they jumped out of the window and fled the scene, carrying the sacks with them. They dragged the sacks to the forest which is located behind Las Colinas and buried the dead bodies there..



Uzbek, Batur and their Sayokan team were then become known as criminals and they were in a unknown place in San Andreas where they never been before. All of them confusingly wanders north, and suddenly they saw the lights of the Montgomery town. As soon as they arrived to Montgomery, all of them entered to a nearest bar there. Uzbek helplessly spoke with the bartender for accommodation for him and his Sayokan team and they tirelessly slept in the bar's storeroom for a night. Ran Fa Li and the police department were searching everywhere for Sayokan team. A Bartender girl, an ethnic Kyrgyz suspected of their activities, her name was Serpil. As she spoke with the Sayokan Team, Uzbek didn't tell her anything about the crimes they committed because he was in loved with her. Uzbek spoke with his friends to recruit that Kyrgyz girl and his friends accepted it. Uzbek then told everything to Serpil and taught her everything she needs to know about the Sayokan philosophy.. This was an opportunity for Serpil to start a new life based on discipline, she gladly accepted it and she joined the group. The LS police then got Uzbek and his boy's names from the motel records. The houses were so cheap in Los Santos as Los Santos was a very good city for Sayokan philosophy to be practiced and preached. Sayokan Team then decided to live in a Los Santos Hispanic ghetto called Las Colinas which means “The Hill” in Spanish. Zoltan then had to transfer his all money from Hungary Bank. Serpil then showed the bank to the Sayokan team and Zoltan withdraws all his money and buried it to a secret place in Las Colinas, because the state could confiscate Zoltan's money. The LS police was informed about Zoltan's bank account by tracking it on the computer but it was too late, all of Zoltan's money had been withdrawn successfully. The Sayokans, except for Zoltan then got into Serpil's car and they tried to escape to San Fierro. There was a routine police control on the road to San Fierro but Serpil didn't stop and tried to flee from the police. The police were chasing Serpil's car and suddenly they shot the car tires. Serpil's car then stopped and the police arrested all the Sayokans. Yabgu Batur, Cengiz Berk and Uzbek, all 3 of them went to prison on the charge of murder except for Serpil who was dismissed.



Chapter V 5 years later....

After 5 years, the Democratic party of San Andreas proposed a general amnesty and Sayokan team became free again. Serpil then met them at the prison gate. Firstly, they went to Las Colinas to get the money which was in the secret place buried for years. They deposited all of Zoltan's money to the bank. After many years of lock-up, Uzbek finally explained his love to Serpil and she was in love with him too. They soon got married. The Sayokans then needed a house and a job so Zoltan provided it by buying 2 houses for them in Las Colinas neighborhood. They lived in the first house and the second house was an OEC building, (Ottomans Economic Clan). The Sayokans founded a clan for trading and economical works, they bought cheap materials, irons, woods and sold them a bit expensive. Their business have expanded successfully. A Turkish clan from East Los Santos read the Ottomans worker's recruiting advertisement and they arrived to the Ottomans Clan building. They spoke with the leader Uzbek and Uzbek accepted their applications after a test.. The new worker's names were Oguz, Batuhan, Merter and Muska. As the clans worked during the day, they spoke about Sayokan philosophy during the night.
Their aim was to build a Sayokan school in Los Santos. The Ottomans clan was a legal clan as they didn't try to make money on illegal ways like narcotics.They saved up their money because of their idea, but some families made an alliance against the Ottomans family. Their plan was to assassinate Uzbek, the leader of the Ottomans family.
A group of gangsters then went to Las Colinas for drive-by and opened fire to the clan building. Serpil and Uzbek was working at the clan office at that time and their baby Tarkan Emre (the first Las Colinasi borned Turk) was sleeping in the top floor. Serpil got shot in her head and while gangsters couldn't kill Uzbek, they killed Uzbek's wife Serpil. Serpil had suddenly died in the building. As there were many police cars on the roads, the police were patrolling around LS and followed every gangsters whom they believed were responsible for Serpil's murder. Until then, Uzbek was doing legal jobs, but everything has changed for him!



Uzbek was burning with revenge fire and all the Turkic clans re-grouped the family. They had to join an illegal jobs to survive. The Ottomans family bought many weapons with their money while the Sayokan philosophy spreads rapidly. The Genç and Anderson clans (another Turkish clans) has joined the rank of the Ottomans Family. Ottomans then made alliance with the small Arabic gangs. They brought Kalashnikovs illegally from Russia and have them stored in the Clan building. The Genc Family clan was a very famous family in LS, they started to search for Serpil's killers and they found their killer's family. Uzbek then learned of his enemy. The enemy family (known as the Hilltop mafia) leader was Edward Stewart.

He got a farm called Hilltop Farm in Red county and a house in LS. Uzbek after sent Oguz and Hakan Genc to explore Edward's farm and found out that Edward was planting pots in his farm. Uzbek then got a plan about the farm. 01:30 AM

Uzbek sent Yabgu Batur and Muska to Edward's farm to destroy the weed nursery in the farm. Batur and Muska threw their molotov cocktails into the farm. They stole and drove away with 1 of Hilltop mafia's jeep. Fire at the farm has grown and the farm was burnt. Uzbek's plan was completed.

Edward had suffered a major damage. A humiliated leader Edward was sure about Ottoman's attack. The Ottomans did it for their revenge on Serpil's death. Edward's family then took out their weapons to attack the Ottomans HQ, they were going to Las Colinas. Jeff and Bill of Anderson clan learnt of Edward's radio frequency with their technique, and they informed the attacking time to Uzbek. Uzbek and his men quickly hid to roofs and started to wait them, they were in ambush. Edward's family have finally arrived to Las Colinas, but nobody was on the streets. Suddenly, Uzbek and his men started shooting them from the roofs. Edward got trapped, he and his men died in minutes. Uzbek took his wife's revenge and the mission was completed.



After many years and many events, The Ottomans built up a large fortune. The Clan has stopped the weapon selling because the Sayokan's time has arrived. They got enough money to build the Sayokan School...
